For Directors - CUDA® Program
New directors want a better understanding of their role and of the business for which they are accountable. Experienced directors want to be-in-the know about current governance issues and trends. Both groups are in constant search for ways of strengthening their corporate governance practices. The highly respected Credit Union Director Achievement
(CUDA) Program has been designed to meet these needs.
Since its introduction in 1988, this unique national program has evolved with the complexity of the financial services industry and the sophistication of credit union member-owners. This integrated, three-level governance program, is comprised of online courses and facilitated workshops which can be delivered in-house to your own board or as “open” sessions with other directors. Corporate governance is a critical issue in today's financial environment. Since 2007, graduates of the CUDA Program have been able to distinguish themselves by becoming an Accredited Canadian Credit Union Director
(ACCUD). This accreditation speaks to the knowledge, commitment, and professionalism of board directors. Click here
