National Learning Facilitator, CUSOURCE Credit Union Knowledge Network
Alisdair is National Facilitator for CUSOURCE Credit Union Knowledge Network and Credit Union Central of Canada. April 2014 marks his 20th anniversary in the system, serving boards and senior leaders of credit unions large and small from St. John’s to Victoria. He challenges people with respect and humour and is known for helping groups drive to outcomes. Some of his most important work has been in helping teams and boards of directors work through challenging and difficult decisions and issues, such as mergers, intra-team conflict, dramatic change in direction, ethical dilemmas and fragmenting board/CEO relationships. That he is consistently invited back to work with these groups is a testament to his work. He is passionate about the future of credit unions, and especially enjoys his work with the next generation of leaders across Canada.
