Denise Tiley

Operations Manager

Denise holds the position of Operations Manager for CUSOURCE Knowledge Network, a role she assumed in 2009. She is responsible for the day-to-day LMS operations as well as for ensuring an effective and efficient client support process.

Prior to this, Denise worked for Credit Union Central of Canada as Lead Developer and Project Manager where she assisted CUSOURCE Knowledge Network on a number of IT projects. Denise brings experience in business analysis, development and project management.

Denise graduated from the University of Western Ontario where she received a Bachelors in Business Administration. Subsequently she attended Humber College where she received her diploma in Computer Programming.
